We are facing problems accessing dev.ti.com (main doman, but also https://dev.ti.com/tirex/explore and http://dev.ti.com/tirex4-desktop). The problems do not appear to be connected to the location as they even occur on different computers within the same network.
I am lucky: from my PC I can access dev.ti.com from any network, meaning my home, the office network and VPN tunnels to different office locations using Edge as well as Firefox. However, open an Edge InPrivate window without changing anything about the connection, I will get 403 Forbidden as well.
On a PC with Ubuntu and Edge (same network), the site can be accessed from normal and InPrivate mode.
Other people in our company - especially those with newly installed computers - do not have the same luck and cannot access at all whichever browser or network they are using.
Which is the logic behind this firewall? We have also tried logging on first at ti.com and then opening dev.ti.com in the same window but no success.

- Italy: 213.45.225.136

No problems with access to ti.com and e2e.
