TI is no longer providing design support for the AM65x RTOS SDK after December 31, 2023. We continue to provide design support for the AM65x MCU+ SDK (FreeRTOS & bare metal), and the AM65x Linux SDK.
You can still search for development resources from the product pages. If you have particular questions, you can search for related questions and answers from the TI E2E support forums. It is possible that the question you have has already been asked by other TI community members. To effectively find relevant posts, we recommend to use Google site search by entering "site:e2e.ti.com" followed by the search keyword in the search field or address bar.
For new product design on the AM65x, customers can choose to use the AM65x with existing production RTOS SDK releases (R5F & A53 cores), the MCU+ SDK (R5F cores), or the Linux SDK (A53 cores). However, TI will only be able to answer software questions on the forums about the MCU+ SDK or the Linux SDK. Customers may also consider newer processors that support RTOS / bare metal cores, like the AM273x, AM243x, AM263x, or AM64x families with the freeRTOS based MCU+ SDK.
Please note that both the AM65x MCU+ SDK and AM65x Linux SDK are in maintenance mode. No new development or features are planned for the AM65x SDKs at the time of this post.
