AM625: Linux Thermal shut down

Part Number: AM625

Tool/software:

Hi,

My customer referred to SDK documentation for the Thermal Module.
https://software-dl.ti.com/processor-sdk-linux/esd/AM62X/09_02_01_09/exports/docs/linux/Foundational_Components/Kernel/Kernel_Drivers/VTM.html

He understood there is a mechanism to shut down the SoC when the 'critical' temperature is reached.
But it is not clear how the linux kernel shut off the SoC.
Is there document which describes the detailed power off sequence?

Thanks and regards,
Koichiro Tashiro
