TDA4VM: Latest 1.15 GPU Drivers

We encounted a GPU issue, we have the similar issue as the below post:

current SDK is 8.01 with 1.13 GUP drivers, we want to updating latest 1.15 GPU drivers in our system for test.

so we need latest 1.15 GPU drivers as below:

1) UM Libraries with latest patches and with PHR

2) KM driver with latest patches

Please find the latest driver in this FAQ: https://e2e.ti.com/support/processors-group/processors/f/processors-forum/1316731/faq-tda4vl-q1-what-are-the-gpu-driver-bug-fixes-for-sdk-8-6-or-earlier

It has the latest UM binaries and the instructions for patching the KM and rebuilding. If you have any issues with these libraries let me know. Just note, the old QoS Hack needs to be removed as well.

And for PHR, if you need it, you will just keep the same apphints you were using. On the same post, they are currently testing with those changes.
