AM62A7: AE parameter inquiry

Part Number: AM62A7

Tool/software:

Hi ti experts

I don't quite understand this reply.

I have checked the AE related codes.

I don't understand how the code adjusts the exposure time in step.

In the code, the exposure time is first multiplied by Tstep and then divided by Tstep. This kind of operation is meaningless.

  • Hi peng,

In the code, the exposure time is first multiplied by Tstep and then divided by Tstep. This kind of operation is meaningless.

This is integer operation and therefore it has real effects.

It would be useless if it is floating point division and multiplication.

  • This is integer operation and therefore it has real effects.

After integer operation, the number being operated on is an integer multiple of Tstep. Why can this operation gradually adjust the exposure time?

    Yes

Why can this operation gradually adjust the exposure time?

If you set Tstep to a large value such as 10ms, exposure time won't be continuous, but it can avoid AC flickering in 50Hz zone.
