Could I ask about a solution for a module/integrated circuit implementing redundant Ethernet communication - PRP (Parallel Redundancy Protocol). It is described in the IEC 62439-3:2021 standard (Industrial communication networks - High availability automation networks - Part 3: Parallel Redundancy Protocol (PRP) and High-availability Seamless Redundancy (HSR)).
The device operating in a PRP network named DANP is connected to two independent networks A and B. The same frame is sent to both networks. However, when the recipient receives a copy of the same frame, it ignores it.
We are looking for a solution that would have one input Ethernet port (Source DANP) and two Ethernet PRP ports (for network A and network B) and would implement this protocol.
Could you suggest such a solution for our device?
