Operate：在RTOS使用的CPSW_9G

When CPSW9G is used in RTOS as ETHFW Server then A72 is Virtual Client Driver.  It can't have access to CPSW9G registers.
gPTP will be running on RTOS MCU2_0 R5F core i.e. ETHFW Server has PTP Stack.

If you want to use from A72, You can run CPSW9G from A72 as Linux Native Driver instead of Virtual Client Driver, in this case R5F can't access CPSW9G.
Please refer to FAQ for bring up CPSW9G as Native Linux Driver on A72.
