P.S.:

I can open .tcf only with editor. There's also a cdb-file in the project. But when trying to open this

(I think it's equal content) I've to specify XDC Tools Root Directory - If I do so, ("C:\noBackup\CCS7\xdctools_3_50_02_20_core")

a Window "ScriptPane" tells me: "Unable to Create BIOS Config Server".

I don't need to edit this. I only need the compiler to make an *.out file :-)

For all who suffer the same:
I followed:

After that he doesn't complain about "can't create session manager: create of JVM failed".
He then started to complain about a failure withn the generated *.s62 file:
"....s62", ERROR! at line 606: [E0003] Invalid constant specification".
As the generated file was identical (disregarding a timestamp) to the old one I followed:

And fetched: https://www.ti.com/tool/download/C6000-CGT/7.4.22

This made my day. => I can compile like ~7 years ago.
