AM625SIP: Review request of AM625-SIP and MSPM0

Part Number: AM625SIP
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LP-MSPM0L1306, AM625

Tool/software:

Hi Nick

My customer would like to evaluate MSPM0 ADC along with AM625-SIP.

Could you please check the interface what they did initially?

AM625SIP-MSPM0 IF.xlsx

Please review the interface table in the attached excel file,

And also answer toward questions below.

1. Please distinguish which of the 16 pins of the ADC IC are required to be connected and which are not.
2. can they use the peripheral circuitry (power capacitor capacity, etc.) according to (MCU099_LP-MSPM0L1306 with PCB.pdf)?
3. if they want to connect a debugger, can they just connect SWDIO, SWCLK two wires with AM62 MCU or do they need other wires?

Thanks.

Best Regards,

Jack

  • Hello Jack,

    Thank you for the query.

Most of the queries are related to M0.

You might have to start a thread without the AM625 mentioned.

For the AM625 SIP this is a SPI interface.

Make sure you have the 22R series resistor and also add parallel pulls in case any of the M0 inputs float.
