I use SKAM69 decoding 1080P60 video file, the frame rate does not reach 60 frames per second, only 41fps.

GST_DEBUG_FILE=gst_trace.log GST_DEBUG_NO_COLOR=1 GST_DEBUG="GST_TRACER:7" GST_TRACERS="latency(flags=element):v4l2" gst-launch-1.0 filesrc location=/big-buck-bunny-1080p-60fps-30sec.mp4 ! qtdemux name=demuxer demuxer.! h264parse ! tee name=t \
t. ! queue ! v4l2h264dec capture-io-mode=4 ! fakevideosink

You can see the results below:

Using capture-io-mode=4 with fakevideosink will mimic dma-buf and handle the sink for video data more effectively than just fakesink.
