Currently, Jacinto devices are not supported by CCS Theia. Please check the list of supported product and hardware in the official page of CCS Theia. For more details please refer CCS THEIA.

Instead you can use CCS Studio to develop projects for Sitara devices. For more info, please refer CCS Studio.

The latest CCS Theia 1.5.0 release includes support for the J721E_DRA829_TDA4VM part. Can you try it out and see if it what you are looking for?

I installed CCS Theia 1.5.0, but it doesn't seem to support TDA4

TDA4 is not supported by the project wizard in CCS.

There is a section in the SDK documentation that explains usage with CCS.

This was written for an older version of CCS but the same idea should apply to CCS Theia.
