Hello, I posted a question a while ago where Robert Eschler replied on the thread. Please see the following link.
As it has been a while, thread got locked. Also, customer came back with a response. Can you please advise?

Does pressing the Pwr button (SW3) do anything? Can you use a voltmeter
(or similar) measure the voltage at some points?
No as described in my first email.
TP1: This measures the input voltage after the input fuse (F1).
Alternatively, you can also measure the point directly at the F1 fuse (on the side of the
mains plug).
We have measured everywhere. There is no more voltage after the PMIC. Voltage present up to the PMIC.
J46 pin 3: The 3.3 V main current regulator on the EVM is measured here.
This provides information on whether the PMIC is in operation.
No PMIC is not in operation as already described in my first email.

Thank you.
Best Regards,
Usman Niazi

What is the history of this board? How long has it been in service/used? What applications have been run on it?
Hello Robert, no application have been run on it as the board never worked for the customer.
Thank you and Regards,
Usman
Ok - it does appear to be a faulty EVM. Very sorry for the issue. You can submit for a replacement EVM using the below link. Use this E2E thread for confirmation from TI that the EVM has a fault.
