Team,
The documentation on the AM625SIP called out an AMK package. The datasheets take you to this: https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/sprsp58b/sprsp58b.pdf?ts=1729026074175
Table 6 shows ALW and AMC. It appears ALW and AMK are the equivalent of each other but can you verify that is true? Are there differences between the AMK and ALW packages we need to be aware of?
Thank you!
Aaron
Hi Aaron,
ALW is the AM625 13x13mm package, AMK is ALW + 512MB integrated LPDDR4. No other difference here.

Mahir Kaheri
Hi Aaron,
Adding to the inputs Mahir provided.
The AM625SIP is a derivative of AM625 with some, changes to the Pin attributes due to integration of LPDDR4.
The AM625 is expected to be referenced to the common pin attributes and peripherals.
The Pins that have changes is captured in the AM625SIP data sheet.
For the Packaging the AM625SIP data sheet is expected to be referenced.
Regards,
Sreenivasa
