SK-AM62B-P1: layout guide with 0402 package capacitors

There're bapass capacitors with 0201 package at AM6231 EVM layout.

Would you please helping to provide layout guide with 0402 package capacitors for customer's reference?

Hello Daniel,

Thank you for the query.

We do not recommend using 0402 cap.

it is recommended to follow the SK placement for the capacitors.

Since the customer's factory cannot produce 0201 packaging,
Please help to confirm if there are other designs that can be used for Layout with 0402?

Hello Daniel,

There are other decaps 0.1 uF that are 0201 package.

Do you have concerns only for the 1 uF or in general using 0201 caps.
