Our question is about the address space.

As mentioned in TRM, address space of CS0 is 128MB(0x50000000-0x57FFFFFF). But, the nand flash chip we used is MT29F4G08ABB and its space size is 512MB. It seems we can't access all the space of this nand flash by CS0.

Is that so?

Th1 128M address space includes all the CSn and is for memory mapped memories.

The memory you attached would use a nand controller.

The memory mapped range constraint may not apply to the Nand memory interface.

Our project used AM24X and MT29F4G08ABB(4Gb/512MB) attached to GPMC. 

As mentioned in the url, for nand flash, there is no limitation, we can access all the 4Gb/512MB space through GPMC by CS0.

Is that so?
