AM6442: AM64 boot stuck

Part Number: AM6442

Tool/software:

We using AM6442 and DDR4 IS43QR16512A

Some times can access U-boot，but sometimes ddr test:mtset report error like this:

but always connot boot access and stuck at this place:

or stuck at this place:

abowing is boot from SPI

When configured boot from QSPI,there is none print at UART.

Are you using the default DDR configuration file from the SDK? You will need to configure DDR for the ISSI device by using the DDR Regsiter Configuration tool https://dev.ti.com/sysconfig/?product=Processor_DDR_Config&device=AM64x and follow the instructions in the README link in the tool. This will output a file that you build into u-boot to properly configure DDR for your device.

There is a link to a patch which can be used to perform a register dump after DDR initialization. Post this register dump here and i can take a look at it.
