We need to port U-Boot to a target with 256MiB DDR Ram (so 0x80000000-0x8fffffff) - is there any documentation what needs to be changed beside the DDR memory settigs.

E.g. the OPTEE SW is using a higher memory range etc.

Dear Aparna,

thanks for your post but this does not help me.

FYI, we have the 256MiB DDR memory properly working on bare metal, so the DDR configuration itself is OK. But U-Boot, OpTEE and ATF are requesting memory space beyond 0x90000000 which means 512MiB.

We just have 256MiB LPDDR hence U-Boot does not work and I am looking for some hints what needs to be done to change ATF, OpTEE and U-Boot to work with 256MiB only.

Yes the Processor SDK requires minimum 512MB DDR to run U-Boot and Linux.

Since The SDK doesn't support DDR less than 512MB, we don't have an instruction explaining how to modify the components to fit into 256MB.
