When wil ELF format of c674x AER library (16.0.0) be released ?

Hi All,

From http://e2e.ti.com/support/embedded/f/356/p/122275/436278.aspx#436278, Bogdan mentioned that the next release of AER will be 16.0.0, and the GA should be done by the end of year. Therefore  When wil ELF format of c674x AER library (16.0.0) be released ?
