AM4376: internal temp sensor

For AM62x, there is a thermal zone defined in the device tree so the on-die temperature sensors can be read: https://git.ti.com/cgit/ti-linux-kernel/ti-linux-kernel/tree/arch/arm64/boot/dts/ti/k3-am62-thermal.dtsi?h=ti-linux-6.1.y

AM437x does not have the same device tree definition.

You can try reading the register itself. See section 7.3.1.9 CTRL_BANDGAP Register, Bit Field 15-8 DTEMP in the AM437x TRM: https://www.ti.com/lit/ug/spruhl7i/spruhl7i.pdf

        Read CTRL Band Gap Register，This value is 0x00000020，set bit5 to 0, the value is still 0x00000020，what should i do next？
