Please find below the DRA821 impedance targets for the 4 power rails that exceed 1A of load current. 

TI does not specify impedance targets (Zt) on power rails drawing less than 1A of current since Zt is primarily to ensure transient noise caused by load steps do not halt or impact the SoC processing.  All power rails drawing less than 1A should be routed & sized according to good PCB design practice per IPC-2221 & best practices for meeting voltage drop or allowable temp rise.
