Hello,

Can we share AM62 Fuse Map with customer? They would like to know which fuse address/ranges are available for custom user use.

There is literally no memory map and who uses what and what in these docs [on mySecure].

2/. But user SW in general gets read/write access to the extended OTP efuse by calling the TISCI APIs provided by SYSFW instead of accessing them directly. Here’re FAQs on how to access the extended OTP via calling the TISCI APIs by user SW.

Ok, so my understanding that Boot ROM start scanning from the extended OTP block from the end, and Once it finds block starting from 0xBCDC it interprets it content according to the table provided.

As such if we want to have custom OTP block we need to add it in the very beginning extended OTP block, and 0xBCDC block after.

Is it correct?

Hi Owen,
yes, your understanding is correct, where the magic word of BC8 will indicate efuse is programmed for the IDx.
In fact, the entire extended OTP efuse is optional for user to program and use.
