AM62P: When the DDR frequency is set to 1866, the system cannot start normally

When the DDR frequency is set to 1866, the system cannot start normally, but when it is set to 1860, the system can start normally.

We suspect that the software has added restrictions. Could you please provide some help

add some background

AM62P can support 3733 on SR1.1, and datasheet can support it as well.

Customer are using SDK 10.0. Pls help unlock customer.

which is under investigation. For now, customer can be unblocked by using the working frequency until this is root caused.
