We are searching for informations about the QSPI bootmode configuration in The TDA4VH Technical Reference Manual (TRM).

In the Section 4.3.6, before Table 4-17, There is a sentence that says :

"Primary boot mode B and Primary Boot Mode Config 6 must be set to 0 if MCU only is set to 0."

--> In our case, we need boot in QSPI on port 0, in MCU_Only =0. this seems to be forbidden by this sentence, is there any error ? because, booting in MCU_Only=0 seems the only solution to boot on QSPI0.

--> Also, there is no indication about the value of the Botmode_7 pin ? is it Don't Care ? or it must be tied to a specific level in our configuration ?

This should not be the case. Let me check up on this.

BOOTMODE_7 in backup boot config pin. Are you using any backup boot mode?

Hi Tanmay,

Thanks for your return.

There is no backup bootmode in our situation.

This question also apply to the Bootmode_5 that is not detailed in the boot parameter table.
