Hello Sreenivasa,
What are the differences between :
- SR2.0 IBIS Model SPRM810.ZIP
- AM64x/AM243x IBIS Model (Rev. E) SPRM730E.ZIP
Which one should I use to perform SI simulation for AM6442 ?
Thanks for your help

Hello Thierry HAUSER
Thank you.
You could use the SR2
The drive strength related changes for eMMC 50R nominal needs to be updated.
We have started the process. I will check and update.
Refer below discussion i had for a previous thread on IBIS model that could help.
Schneider seems to be using the IBIS model for SR2.0 for AM64. We had updated the IBIS model for SR1.0 to include the 50 ohm configuration but had not updated the SR2.0 model accordingly.
Could Schneider do some checks with SR1 IBIS modes as we work on updating the SR2 model?
Yes they could use that in the meantime. The only difference between SR1.0 and SR2.0 was the addition of the ADC_REF pins. The SR1.0 IBIS model has the 50 ohm option enabled for eMMC.
Also, the IBIS model will not contain any information regarding the targeted data rate for eMMC since the same IOs are used across all data rates. The data rate will be contained in the datasheet for the respective part.
