Hello TI experts.

I have a stereo camera, It was designed using ser/des and each image channel mixed one MIPI physical port.

I should use virtual channel pipeline design with ser/des.

Can I get some example source code, or guide documents about this use case?

Hi,

Yes, you can use virtual channels to distinguish between these two channels. Multi-camera examples is a good examples in vision apps.

Hi,

Thnak you for replay.

I need to correct what I said before.

I use J722S EVK, it is super chip of TDA4VEN & AM67A.

I mistaked to type part name.

I use EdgeAI SDK, the part name should be AM67A.

then, I should make v4l2 based linux kernel driver (+ device tree) & application.

as I know, vision apps based on RTOS SDK, not applied EdgeAI SDK.

if I have wrong knowlege, please tell me.

Hi Kwak,

Most likely it should be supported using separate /dev entry, but i am not 100% sure about it. I will request my colleague to help here.

Hi Kwak,

You need to configure routs using media ctrl
please refer below scripts, it sets route for rgbir camera, which sends rgb and ir data in different virtual channel

Is linux driver available for the stereo camera you are using?
Can you please point me the linux driver, so that I can help you better
