SK-AM64B: How to OSPI boot without an SD card

Expert 2570 points

Tool/software:

Hi All,

I am trying OSPI boot without a SD card using the following E2E.

https://e2e.ti.com/support/processors-group/processors/f/processors-forum/1018036/am6442-how-to-create-ospi-rootfs-ubifs-and-boot-linux-from-ospi-without-sd

I have experienced issues with past SDK versions.

Issues with 10.01.10.04:
The saveenv feature is disabled, making it impossible to change settings such as partitions.

Issues with 08.06.00.42:
The saveenv feature is enabled, but it tries to save to the SD card.

I want to save to ospi.env and read the environment variables from OSPI.

Best Regards,

Ito
