AM625-Q1: GPIO instances and number of IOs

All possible pin configurations will be listed in the pin-mux section of the Technical Reference Manual for AM62x. Processors in this family are pin-to-pin compatible, and all GPIOs are expected to be available on the variant you have mentioned here.
