What is then correct value for QSPI mode port - BOOTMODE pin 6 ? (MCU Only=0)
Text says to set it to 0, which is "Reserved" according to the table.
There is only OSPI port 0 on DRA821U

Hi,

I believe that for QSPI, when BOOTMODE pin 6 is 0, it will use OSPI1 and when it is 1, it will use OSPI0.

I will confirm this with RoM team for DRA821 as well.

DRA821 has only OSPI0, so i'd expect this bit to be set to 1, not 0 as the text says

You are correct, the bootmode pin 6 can be only 1 for QSPI, for OSPI0.
