TMS320C6748: How can I develop without Basic Secure Boot on the ‘E’ number?

Hi All,

When using a TMS320C6748EZWTA3E device without basic secure boot, can it be developed in the same way as a TMS320C6748EZWTA3? Will additional development be required?

‘E’ is less expensive., but Basic Secure Boot is not necessary.
