Hello,

My customer is developing AM625x on custome board.

In the test, the DDR tuning is not compleated.

So we are tuning with sysconfig DDR condig tool.

Question:

Which parameter in DDR - DRAM Timing B make CS_n's delay time?

There are so many parameters on the tool.

And I can not understand only the tool's manual...

GR, there isn't a parameter that can be directly set to control this. The DDR training procedure, which is executed by the DDR driver during boot will take care of aligning the appropriate signals. In order for the training algorithm to work, the DDR Register Configuration tool must represent all of the timings and parameters that are associated with the memory you are using. Please check the README link in the tool for details.
