Dear Expert, if no low power mode is used and the RTC function is not required, can the VDD_RTC and VDDS_RTC pins be left floating? Will the SOC still be able to function normally?

Hello JUNZHI LIN,
Thank you for the query.
can the VDD_RTC and VDDS_RTC pins be left floating? Will the SOC still be able to function normally?
Not connecting the VDD_RTC and VDDS_RTC supplies is not an allowed option.
For connecting the supplies when not used please refer the below section of the data sheet
6.11.2.2.1 No Low-Power Mode Sequencing
Refer below FAQ that provides links to commonly used collaterals including the data sheet to get started with AM62L based design

Hello, I haven't found a clear answer regarding the content of the link. Could you please provide a more specific response? Thank you!
Hello JUNZHI LIN,
Thank you.
The recommendation is to connect VDDS_RTC and VDD_RTC to the same supply sources that is connected to the other supply rails listed in the columns that i have marked in the below table.
