Hi All,

I am using the AM263P4 controller and using the QSPI S25FL512SAGMFMG10,

Can i use the OSPI driver for use the same QSPI flash nor.

If it is possible then please show some examples for it and any reference for it.

And same flash i am using for the Boot loader. is it possible that used for SBL to boot from QSPI memory

Yes Shriram.

The S25L family of flashes are supported by AM263P4 devices.
