I am configuring QSPI from OSPI for flash memory. from OSPI's 8 pins QSPI will use D0-D3 only.
My Question is - Can we use remaining 4 data pins D4-D7 for any other alternate functionality.

My initial answer would have been a "no", but I read through the TRM and the datasheet. Turns out, you can use the remaining ones for other functionality.
Assuming you are going to use for booting then I want you to read through the following section from TRM:
Moreover, this is what the QSPI description says. Notice the pins which needs to be used for the same.
SO you can go ahead and use the other D4, D5, D6 and D7 pins as mentioned in the datasheet. For example, D7 or more formally OSPI0_D7 can be reused from one of the options shown below:
