If yes, how to config it

We run it under a Linux OS

Thank you for the query.

We currently do not support configuring the output impedance (drive strength).

Is there a use case for changing the drive strength.

on spec PADCONFIG90_DRV_STR seems mean drive strength, but it deleted in newest spec, can use it to adapt RGMII drive strength
