We understand that OSPI doesn’t support to connect with Serial SRAM from the following thread.
AM62L: GPMC Non-mux mode and Serial SRAM on OSPI
How about McSPI ?
Can McSPI support Serial SRAM ? If it can support, is it possible to access to SRAM as memory mapped direct mode ?

I cannot find the description about SRAM connection in the above thread which you shared.
The above thread/Linked FAQ which I shared is a generic MCSPI Integration guide irrespective of the the peripheral/slave being used.
Since customer has not decided any SRAM part, I am taking an SRAM part at random and commenting from that perspective.
Based on the following part: https://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/DeviceDoc/22100D.pdf [PLEASE NOTE: This is a random part I am taking to explain what to look out for when selecting SRAM, this part is not tested out on the TI EVM]
I looked at the pin description:
Here I see that the pins in order can be connected to the SoC MCSPI as follows:
MCSPI_CS - CS
MCSPI_D0 - SO
GND - Vss
MCSPI_D1 - SI
MCSPI_CLK - SCK
So yes if it is pin compatible and supports the MCSPI transfer format, the MCSPI protocol will be okay to go ahead with.
