Hi Anshu,
With reference to your answer from 8 months ago, can you already share more details on the timing and dimensions of new AM625 variants with increased RAM?
We are currently in the decision process for an AM43 replacement project in which we would prefer AM625 but 512MB will definitively be too low, we need at least 1GB. So, we would either go for the variant with more RAM or chose a different brand as space is too limited for an external RAM module.
