The external leak from D1.8V and D1.5V on DM8168EVM

Dear all,

The below waveform denotes 1.: D1.8V and 2.: D1.5V. This waveform is the power on sequence on DM8168EVM. Can any champs help me to explain such external leak? Thanks in advance.
