Hi Jacob,
Customer use emmc boot up, they double checked the switch config.
Just for confirmation, could you please ask the customer to share the flashing procedure they have followed and the exact bootmode pins they are setting on the board?
Thanks!
Hello,
Please see the following related thread:

Hi Prashant,
Tony Tang and me tried this EMMC boot follow the below guidance.
4.1.3. How to flash eMMC and boot from eMMC UDA — Linux SDK for AM62L Documentation
We tried two version EVM board with same image and method:
1. PROC181E1(can boot up from EMMC)
2. PROC181E1-1(cannot boot up from EMMC)

So, we think this issue may related to the hardware difference. Could you double confirm this?
Best Regards!
Jacob
Hi Jacob,
2. PROC181E1-1(cannot boot up from EMMC)
We have successfully tested the eMMC boot on this EVM revision as well.
Could you please share the working and non-working boot logs from E1 and E1-1 revisions respectively?
Thanks,
Prashant
Hi Prashant,
Sorry, me and Tony didn't save the log. But the failure one has no log at all.
1. PROC181E1(can boot up from EMMC): we could see the bring up log.
2. PROC181E1-1(cannot boot up from EMMC): no log at all.
Best Regards!
Jacob
Hi Jacob
As discussed offline, we will request marketing to give you /your customer to order the latest EVM with PG1.1 silicon, which you should try with the latest SDK that was released last Friday.
Not planning to debug this further on these older EVMs and known eMMC issues on PG1.0 silicon.
Regards
Mukul
