I have a question regarding the following content listed in the errata.
Advisory 2.3.18
DVDD18 Can Pull Up to 2.7V When Using Dual-Voltage IOs at 3.3V
I understand the errata describes a case where, during power-up, DVDD18 may be pulled up to around 2.7V by the IO power supply (3.3V).
When the device is used in this state (with DVDD18 pulled up to around 2.7V), we have observed increased current on the IO power supply (3.3V) and device heating.
Could you please explain what effects (such as changes over time) might be expected if the device continues to be used in this overcurrent state?
