AM62L: Backup bootmode can't work

Part Number: AM62L

Tool/software:

Hi Expert,

customers want to use the backup bootmode, the primary is emmc uda, the backup is SD card, I have double checked the pin setting according to TRM, there is no issue, but it can't work, can you help check? below is the experiment customer have done.

The primary boot mode is set to boot from the eMMC card (Bit9/8/7=001, Bit6/5/4/3=1000), and the backup boot mode is set to boot from the SD card (Bit13/12/11/10=1101).
1. For a newly assembled device with no program on the eMMC, the device should enter the backup boot mode. However, after inserting an SD card, the device does not start, and there is no log output from the debug port.
2. Changing Bit9 of the primary boot mode to 1 (SD card boot) allows the device to start when an SD card is inserted, and log output is seen on the debug port.
Our current chip version is 1.1. Could you please help analyze this issue? Thank you!
