A related question regarding configuration of AM62P on our Linux custom board:

I have reviewed the document Minimal Platform Development on AM62x Devices (Rev. A).
My understanding is that it recommends configuring only Pin-MUX and LPDDR4 settings, while applying the EVM settings as-is for the rest.
Is this understanding correct?

If you have already designed the custom board, then yes your PIN-MUX and DDR configuration is something you should consider changing based on your LPDDR4 configuration and what peripherals you are going to support on your custom board.
