Hi TI,

I have been able to integrate the TI provided tool for eye diagramming using Uboot but when I use TI SBL I faced issues when are mentioned in the ticket below:

Question: Is the TI eye diagramming tool compatible with TI SBL? If not, what steps are nescessry to integate TI tool with SBL?

    Hi Hasan,

    Integrating the tool into bootloaders was not the intended use of the tool. Therefore, we do not have steps to provide to perform what you are asking.

    Two common methods that have been used to setup the system to use the tool:

    1. Bypass bootloader code (i.e, through no boot, or do not pass a valid boot image). Use GELs / CMM scripts to setup PLLs and DDR. Load tool over JTAG as stand-alone image.
    2. Boot device through bootloader. Stop bootloader after DDR init. Load tool over JTAG as stand-alone image.
