From the H/W perspective, ISS resizer can work at 1:1 ratio (output is the same as input).

This looks like a S/W issue although I am not aware of any TDA3 S/W implementation.

Width is typically for the width of your image (I guess it is your output image here).
Pitch is for the line size of your output image buffer.
Therefore, pitch must be equal to or greater than width.
