Please let me know the steps to port the CANFD internal loopback example to enable external write/read.
Make following changes in the syscfg for MCAN in canfd_loopback_interrupt example:
- Uncheck the enable loopback mode to disable the internal loopback and set the loopback mode to External:

- Enable Transmitter delay compensation:

After this you can rebuild the example, to run the example, you can follow the same steps as mentioned in the following FAQ, with the help of a CAN Analyzer like PCAN: [FAQ] SK-AM62X/SK-AM62A-LP: Testing MCAN External Loopback example using external transceiver TCAN1042D
Please note that AM64x/AM243x EVM has a CAN Transceiver on-board, so there is no need to connect an external transceiver for this. canfd_loopback_interrupt use MCAN0 by default, so you can use J31 connector on the EVM to connect MCAN0 to the CAN Analyzer:
