Hi
I have created a custom RTSC platform. It works fine. Now I want to split the MSMCSRAM segment (of device memory) into smaller segments. So I want to edit the platform.
I execute:
Tools > RTSC Tools > Platform > Edit/View
and select my custom platform.
I then tick 'Customize memory' and change a value in the 'Device Memory' table. However, the 'Next' and 'Finish' buttons then remain greyed out. How do I save the changes?
David
If MSMCSRAM was selected as Code Memory, Data Memory or Stack Memory before you made a change that replaced MSMCSRAM with smaller segments, the settings for these parameters are reset. There is a small error message at the top of the window asking you to set these parameters again. Once you do that, the Finish button will be active again.
If there is some other problem in the memory configuration, for example two segments are overlapping, the error message is diplayed in that same spot.
Hi Sasha
Thanks for answering my question. For some reason I can't see the 'Verify answer' button, so can't mark your reply as the answer.
Best regards
David
