MCSA in image_processing demo doesn't work

   The errors labelled "For input string: "0,08" "  and "For input string: "0,00""  may be exceptions thrown when the CPU Load or Task Load was being calculated.   If you configure the System Analyzer / Live dialog to NOT automatically open the CPU Load, Task Load and Execution Graph views, do you see the Log View being opened up and displaying events when you run the image processing demo?   If so, can you try right clicking on the table in the Log View, selecting Analyze / Execution Graph and seeing if it displays ok?  If so, what happens if you right-click on the Log View and select Analyze / CPU Load and then Analyze / Task Load?

Could you please save the Error Log as a .log file by clicking on the left-most icon in the Error Log view toolbar and post it so that we can get more information on the error?

Hi Brian,

I can confirm that the error occurs only if I configured the analyzer to automatically open the cpu load/task load/execution graph. If I open those windows manually, it is ok, except that the cpu load and task load graph are all showing 0% load all the time even though I am running the image processing job. Is this what I am supposed to see?

Anyway I post the error log file here (this log is obtained when configured the analyzer to automatically open the cpu/task load windows).0211.error.log

Hi CJ,

could you also please send the exported CSV file of the MCSA Live Raw log view. You need to right click and from the context menu select Data->export All. Also please do a screen shot with the MCSA Live raw log view as big as possible.

We fixed a similar problem in CCS5.1. Are you OK moving to 5.1? If so can you let us know if that resolves your problem.

You shouldn't need to reinstall the MCSDK, but if you do please ensue that MCSA is not selected in the MCSDK installer. If MCSA is selected it will break your CCS5.1.

By the way, how do I upgrade CCS without re-installing the MCSDK? I tried clicking Help/Check for updates, but on the list of new updates there is no CCS5.1.

I have downloaded ccsv5.1.1, and tried to install it in the same folder as the old one. There was a an error window: There seems to have a version of CCS that is not compatible with CCSv5.1.1.00031, please select a new location.

I am afraid if I choose a new folder, I'll have to install the whole MCSDK, and will lose some personal settings. Any suggestion?
