Hi,

During the development of C7x on TDA4VEN, we encountered an intermittent issue where the C7x core fails to start. After troubleshooting, we found that the program gets stuck at SOC_controlModuleUnlockMMR(SOC_DOMAIN_ID_MAIN, 2) within the Dpl_init() function when the startup fails. We would like to know the root cause and the corresponding solution.

Hi Leo,

Are you sure that this is getting stuck in this API? This is just unlocking the registers, so should not get stuck here.

Hi Brijesh Jadav ,

I confirmed the program execution position by writing values via shared memory. When the C7x core encounters sporadic startup hang issues, the program is stuck right inside the SOC_controlModuleUnlockMMR function.
