AM2634-Q1: Conversion from HS-FS to HS-SE

Hi TI team

I have a requirement to change the state from HS-FS to HS-SE. To accomplish this I have read that we need to change the contents of the Fusible ROM in the MCU. Please provide the process to acquire the software(OTP Keywriter).
