Have you looked in the datasheet? Appendix B is Mechanical Data and has this information.

Yes. I agree with you that Section B.2 says "Package Information" but it is Blank. The total number of pages of my DS (

Literature Number: SPRS814A , August 2012) is 228 pages. Does my DS missing some pages?

It's supposed to automatically appended to the end of the Data Manual, this one was just uploaded on Friday, but it appears the appending did not occur for some reason. I'm not sure what happened, but thanks for letting us know.
