About IO set of GPMC

Hi Biser,

For the GPMC interface, we used set 46 to connect NAND flash and set 16 (only use 8 bits data bus with 20 bits address bus) to connect our CPLD.

In the GPMC IO set 16, we didn't use pin H19,H18,H17,G18,G19,G17 as GPMC_A2x_MUX1 but as MMC0 port. Is that OK?

Pls see our pin mux configuration file as attached. 0181.PinMuxDesignState_AM3352_Zorilla.dat

By the way, MMC0 port can support booting from 8G Byte Micro SD, right?

Hi Cosmo,

Yes, you can use free pins in any available pinmux mode. You just have to keep in mind the power domains at which I/O pins operate. As for SD card, I don't think there will be any problem with 8GB.
